Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period is from the 01st of November to the 31th of December 2017.
  2. All Customers conducting remittance transactions will receive a free cup of Nescafe Ice Coffee, Nescafe Teh Tarik or Nestle Lemonade during the promotion period.
  3. This promotion is only valid at EZ Money Express Semporna branch located at Jalan Lean Chap It, Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia and at EZ Money Express Kampung Paris 3 branch located at Kampung Paris 3, Kinabatangan, Sabah, Malaysia.
  4. This promotion is open to all EZ Money Customers conducting remittance transactions, regardless of the receiving country.
  5. Customers will receive the free drink upon successfully conducting a remittance transaction at a participating EZ Money branch.
  6. The free drink is not exchangeable for cash.
  7. A limit of one (1) free drink per Customer per day applies.
  8. Should the Nescafe Ice Coffee, Nescafe Teh Tarik and/or Nestle Lemonade be unavailable, EZ Money reserves the right to provide another drink as a substitute during the promotion period.
  9. EZ Money will not be liable for any claims and/or damages arising with regards to this promotion, including but not limited to –
    • Any postponement or cancellation of the promotion.
    • Any dissatisfaction with regards to the quality, suitability and/or consummability of the free drinks.
    • Non collection of the free drinks by Customers.
    • Non availability of the drinks due to the finishing of stock.
    • Any and all issues arising from the consumption of the free drinks by Customers.
  10. EZ Money reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
